Approach
Commissioned by Wakefield Council, Tusky Train is a digital artwork in the form of a short film – concept design, art direction and production by ourselves.
Influenced by the advertising techniques of the late 1940s, Tusky Train brings to life a conceptual children’s toy emulating the famous Rhubarb Express. Created using a blend of traditional stop motion techniques alongside the use of modern technology, this vintage advertisement aims to deliver an authentic viewing experience to be enjoyed by children and adults alike.
